FAITH RADIO 1090 Programming

KSOU-AM went on air in 1969 as the original station of the group, preceding both KSOU-FM and KIHK.  KSOU-AM became Faith Radio 1090 in the summer of 2000. Since then, it’s been Northwest Iowa’s home for Christian Contemporary music from 8:35 am until sign off Monday through Saturday.  From sunrise until 8:35, it simulcasts with KSOU-FM.  KSOU-AM also simulcasts with KSOU-FM on Sunday.  To see a KSOU-FM schedule click here.  

MUSIC:  Contemporary Christian Favorites.

WEATHER:  Twice hourly,  Weather Eye meteorologists provide the most up-to-date local weather information.

PROGRAMS:  Marriage Moments airs Monday-Friday at 9:40 AM and 2:40 PM.*

                  Lighten-Up with Ken Davis airs Monday-Friday at 10:40 AM and 3:40 PM.*

HOURS OF OPERATION:  KSOU-AM is a daytime only station and operates Monday through Saturday from sunrise until 7:00PM  

                                                  unless sunset occurs earlier.  On Sundays, KSOU-AM operates from sunrise to sunset.
